Garibaldi’s Italian Eatery, a family-owned restaurant with 49 years of history, is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Hoffman Estates, IL. Known for our classic Italian dishes, welcoming atmosphere, and long-standing community presence, were looking for a leader who can uphold our high standards and help us continue to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient restaurant performance
- Lead and support both front and back-of-house staff
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns with care
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with ownership on operational improvements and business initiatives
What Were Looking For:
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A hands-on management style and a passion for hospitality
- Knowledge and appreciation of Italian cuisine is a plus
