Get ready for IT Gym’s heart and soul: group fitness. In a format that’s intense, challenging, and encouraging, these 50-minute sessions are packed with functional, full-body movements. You deserve attention and support from your Trainer, so classes are limited to 15 people to ensure you’re getting all the guidance you need.
 

Classes are a combination of cardio and strength training. Rowers, bikes, skiers, plyo boxes, dumbbells, slam balls, and kettlebells are used in these sessions. Regardless of your fitness level, you’re guaranteed to burn hard, build strength, and increase your endurance.

Join Mayor McLeod, Village Trustees and Chamber members for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 12:00 p.m. to celebrate the Grand Opening of IT Gym.
